Before we can answer that question, we need to give you a brief history of our industry, as well as some of the basics about how we see and approach our work. Let's make sure we're both in the same ballpark.
We used to be called ad agencies. Plain. Simple. To the point. Nowadays it's become en vogue to refer to companies like ours as integrated marketing communications firms. That particular phrase tends to attract lots of strange terminology, however, and the process winds up seeming very mysterious and complex.
Bottom line is that we want to know your business your products, services and customers. And while our work is hard work, it's not complicated not necessarily.
